Lodging, Travel, and Food
Are lodging accommodations available? Yes.
We have partnered with the Catamaran Resort Hotel located at 3999 Mission Blvd in San Diego, to provide overnight accommodations for this event. The room rate is $239 per night plus taxes, with the resort fee waived. Parking is not included. The discounted room rate is subject to availability.
The first 100 guests to book a room at the Catamaran Resort will receive a $25 discount on their Event Pass purchase.
To reserve your room and receive the $25 discount, select the option "Event Pass with Hotel Booking" when you purchase your event pass. Your sales receipt will include a link for booking your room at the discounted event rate.
What is the best option for air travel? The Catamaran Resort Hotel is approximately 8 miles from the San Diego International Airport. Ride-share and taxi services are available for transportation between the hotel and the airport.
What are the food options during the event? The Catamaran Resort Hotel offers a variety of dining options on-site. A variety of restaurants in the Mission Bay area are conveniently located near the resort.
What is typical San Diego weather in September? The average temperature ranges between 80°F and 65°F. Mostly sunny with a low chance of precipitation.
Creating your Event Schedule
How do I enroll in the sessions I want to attend during the event? We offer the Sched app to help you create your personal event schedule by pre-enrolling in the sessions you want to attend. Pre-enrollment is only required for Workshop sessions. All main stage presentations are open seating and do not require pre-enrollment.
When you purchase an event pass, you will receive an email with the subject line “Welcome to Sched” that has important information about how to enroll in the sessions you want to attend using the Sched app. Please be sure to check your spam folder for any Sched emails you may have missed.
You will also receive an email from Sched with the subject line "You're Invited To San Diego Transcendence Retreat." Open the email and follow the instructions to "Create Your Profile + Schedule," which includes creating a password.
Once you have a Sched profile, follow the simple prompts to access the event schedule, then select the sessions you want to attend, including Workshops, to create your personal event schedule. The sessions you select will automatically be added to your My Schedule session list.
Workshop enrollment is not confirmed until it is listed on your My Schedule tab.
Can I change my Workshop selection? Yes. You can change your session selections. In the My Schedule tab, click on the session you do not want to attend to delete it from your schedule, then go to the Event Schedule tab and select the session you want to attend. It will automatically be added to your My Schedule session list.
Can I purchase Workshop tickets at the event? Yes. During the event, you can buy tickets for Workshop sessions that are not sold out.
Workshops have limited seating. We suggest that you make your selections on the Sched app as soon as possible to ensure you can attend the sessions you want. We will announce when Workshops are sold out.

Attending the Event
Where is the event venue located? The event is being held at the Catamaran Resort Hotel, located at 3999 Mission Blvd, San Diego, CA 92109. The hotel is on the Mission Bay beachfront, across the street from the Pacific Ocean.
Is there parking at the event venue? Yes. On-site parking is $45 per day for self-parking and $50 per day for valet parking.
When does event registration start? Event check-in begins at 3:00-5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 18, 2026. Our early check-in desk will be located near the hotel's main lobby.
Please complete your event check-in on Friday evening to avoid check-in lines on Saturday.
Event check-in and guest services will be open throughout the event.
Is video recording of presentations permitted? No. Attendees will not be permitted to film or record any of the main stage presentations or workshops.
Are there age-appropriate guidelines for this event? Yes. This event is intended for an adult audience aged 18 and above. Due to the nature, content, and duration of presentations, which may include silent meditation, we do not recommend this event for children. All children attending the event must have an event pass and be accompanied by a parent at all times.
