Enjoy exhibiting in a spacious room adjacent to the theater with views of the San Diego Bay. White tablecloths are provided but feel free to bring one. Two chairs will be provided behind each vendor table. Each vendor is permitted one assistant and both of you have access to the main stage to watch all presentations.
Vendor table set up is on Saturday starting at 7 am. If you arrive on Friday, please check in at our Early Registration desk after 3 pm. It will be located near the hotel lobby. Breakdown must be complete by 6 pm on Sunday. Vendor area will close at 5 pm.
The vendor area will be held in the Aviary ballroom inside the event arena which includes the mainstage and workshop room.
Directions to the Aviary Ballroom for loading and unloading
- Please enter through the side doors in front of the hotel.
- Once inside the hotel hallway, turn left
- Turn right at Lava Java
- Continue the elevator on the left
- When you exit the elevator, turn left and then right
- Continue to the end of the foyer to the Aviary Ballroom
